Wow, neat idea! These oyster crackers look incredibly flavorful. Fun recipe — thanks.
These are a blast from the past! Except the ones I’ve had were made with a dried Ranch dressing packet. I like your homemade version much better!
I’ve made the ones with ranch dressing and lemon pepper that you back until light golden brown. They are very good. But I think these may be even better and no baking involved!
I’m going to make some as gifts.
Thank you Linda!!
What a great idea for a holiday snack! These sound super easy and really tasty, too. I hear ya on the craziness of the holiday season. I’m looking forward to the break that’s coming soon! ๐
These are the kinds of things that I do in my air fryer. They bake so well!
What a delicious way to jazz up oyster crackers! I think I would never stop eating them until they were gone! It’s a little crazy but a good kind of crazy. ๐
Interesting! I have a bag of Oyster crackers on the shelf right now! What type of Italian seasoning did you use?
After trying sooooooo many seasoned cracker recipies and being disapointed this is the BEST recipie I have found so far! VERY GOOD! This is a keeper! Just sent it to a few family members. THANK YOU ๐
Footnote, I did use mini saltines in place of oyster crackers, they just seem to absorbe the flavors better ๐
Thank you Reesa, I am so happy that you liked the recipe!! I hope you try more of my recipes.
Mixed all ingredients in a freezer zip loc bag added the crackers and YES, IT WAS AWESOMENESS in a bag ๐
Hi – Parmesan in the green can or real grated Parmesan? Thanks!
I used the one in the green can.
Hello Dawn! Did you use Italian seasoning or an Italian salad dressing seasoning packet?
Hi Deanna, I used Italian seasoning for this recipe. Thank you for stopping by.
Van you use zesty Italian salad dressing instead of oil?
