Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
For the crumble mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and the dash of cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
Grease the ramekin/ custard cup and set aside.
Dice the peaches into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.
Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger toss until the peaches are well coated and the dry ingredients are all mixed in.
Divide the peach mixture into the two prepared ramekin/custard cups
Sprinkle the crumble over top of the peaches.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the crumble is browned and the peach filling is bubbling. You can also us a wooden pick and check the peaches for softness.
