Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch with a meat mallet or a rolling pin. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast within 1/2 inch of the edge. Tuck in the sides of the breast and roll up tight like a jelly roll and secure with a couple of toothpicks
Dip each roll in the chicken broth mixture and dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Place roll seam side down in the baking sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown with the cheese melted and the chicken no longer pink.
