Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch salt if desired

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until ingredients are blended together and sauce is creamy

Notes

  1. Use high-quality mayo for the best flavor.
  2. To blend this recipe, use a mini food processor, immersible blender, or blender. It will give the aioli a much creamier texture.
  3. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic before adding them to the mini food processor.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
