Onions Mozzarella Cheese Mushrooms Garlic Olive Oil Italian Seasoning

Step 1

Making the pizza dough - Add 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. 

Step 2

Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. 

Step 3

Work in enough flour until you have a soft dough. Form into a ball and let it rise.

Step 4 

Sautee the sliced onion for 5 to 7 minutes or until the start to get soft. 

Step 5 

Add the mushrooms and garlic and continue to sautee. 

Step 6 

Sautee until the onion and mushroom are browned.  

Step 7 

Divide the dough into two crust and place the topping on top of the crust for each pizza.

Step 8 

Bake the pizza in a 425 F degree oven until the crust is golden brown.
