Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan with butter and set aside.
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the prepared pan evenly.
In a medium bowl add the eggs and lightly beat. Add the milk, cream, vanilla, and sugars and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cubed bread. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In another medium bowl combine the flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter. Mix until well combined. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over top of the bread mixture.
Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with your favorite syrup or/and fresh fruit.
