Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 to 4 tablespoons sunflower seed
- 3/4 cup salad dressing I used Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cut the flowerets of the broccoli head into bite size pieces. Wash the broccoli and dry thoroughly. Combine the flowerets, onion, and sunflower seeds.
- In another bowl mix together the salad dressing, yogurt, sugar, and white wine. Beat until well combined. Pour mixture over the broccoli and toss until the broccoli is well coated.
- Serve
