Spread- In a small (mini) food processor add avocado, tomato, garlic, and onion. Process the mixture until the avocado is smooth, you may have bits of tomato which is okay. Add the lime juice and salt and process until they are blended in. Set aside.
In a small skillet heat the Canadian bacon until heated through. Once completed add a small amount of butter and fry eggs. While the eggs are frying toast the bagels.
Spread the toasted bagels with the avocado spread, arrange a couple of piece of Canadian bacon on top of the avocado spread, top with slices of Swiss cheese, place the fried egg on top of the cheese, and add the top of the bagel.
