Ingredients

cups
frozen orange segments
2
cups
orange juice
1/2
cup
vanilla yogurt
1
tablespoon
honey
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
or to taste
Instructions
Peel and break the orange segments apart. Place in plastic bag and freeze. I froze mine for about 8 hours.
Combine all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and enjoy.
Notes
If you prefer you can add the cinnamon at the end of the blending process and add the cinnamon to taste.
