Broccoli Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small to medium head of broccoli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • Dressing-
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add the chopped broccoli, red onions, and sunflower seeds.
  • For the dressing in a small bowl add all of the ingredients except for the garlic, whisk together until all ingredients are combined. Whisk in the garlic.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli and toss until the broccoli is coated with the dressing.
  • Serve.
