  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish

Instructions

  • Spray the broiler pan with a non-stick cooking spray
  • Preheat the broiler and place oven rack 6-inches below the broiler
  • Place the salmon on the broiler pan, brush with olive oil, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, time will be determined by the thickness of the salmon. Flip and broil an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  • To make the Dill Sauce
  • In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, dill weed, and pickle relish. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • This can be made ahead of time so that the flavors have time to come together.
