1 1/4cupdiced peachesI used fresh but you could use frozen
Icing-
1 1/2cupspowdered sugar
3/4 to 1teaspooncinnamon
2 to 3tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or place paper liners into the muffin tins
In a medium bowl cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer. Add butter and mix until light and fluffy.
Add one egg at a time mix until mixed in.
Combine the dry ingredients together. Add half of the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix until the flour mixture is mixed in.
Add the milk and mix in. Add the remainder flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Fold in the diced peaches.
Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins. Place into the preheated oven and bake 14 to 16 minutes or until the muffins spring back when lightly touched.
Remove from muffin tins and cool completely.
Icing-
Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon and mix together. Gradually add the milk until you have the right consistency.
Drizzle over the muffins.
Notes
If you are icing these muffins, they are best eaten fresh. The icing will get a little runny if they sit for a long period of time. Or you may drizzle with icing as you eat them.
