Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Divide the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles onto a sheet of parchment paper. Press the perforated seams together.
With a pizza cutter cut 1/2 inch strips about a 1 inch long on each side of the rectangle.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce down the middle of the rectangle. Top the pizza sauce with 10 slices of pepperoni then top with the mozzarella cheese.
Starting at the end fold over one of the strips of dough. Then take the one on the opposite side and fold over. Continue the process until all of the strips are folded over
Brush the braids with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Place the parchment paper with the braids on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the braids are golden brown.
