Olive Oil Onion Celery  Carrots Potatoes Polish Sausage Sauerkraut Diced Tomatoes Beef Broth Bay leaves Salt and pepper

Step 1

Add the olive oil and vegetables to a large Dutch oven.

Step 2

Sautee until the vegetable begin to get tender. 

Step 3

Slice the Polish sausage into thin slices. 

Step 4

Add the Polish sausage, diced tomatoes, sauerkraut, and bay leaves. 

Step 5

The beef broth is added to the Dutch oven. Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
