These lasagna roll ups are a fun twist on your everyday lasagna recipe. I like making them with chicken, but if you prefer you can use ground beef or Italian sausage in its place.

They are not only fun to make, but they are delicious to eat. These roll ups are perfect for serving, with the noodles rolled up they are easy to scoop out of the baking dish. Each roll up is one serving. Make them to impress your family or dinner guests.

Helpful tips

  • Do not overcook your noodles. You will want them a little undercooked since they will also bake in the oven.
  • Cool the noodles slightly before filling them to make them easier to handle.
  • Keep the leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat the leftovers in a 350-degree oven until the desired temperature.
  • You can also freeze the lasagna roll ups for 3 months, in an airtight container.
