Ingredients

  • 1 Pound cake
  • 1 3.4 ounce box vanilla pudding
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the fruit. Slice the strawberries. 
  • Cut the pound cake into small bites size squares. You will want about 4 cups
  • In a medium bowl mix the pudding and milk according to the directions on the box.
  • In a large bowl add the 2 cups of whipping cream. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Remove 1/2 of the whipping cream and mix in with the pudding.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and vanilla to the remaining whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. 
  • To assemble: Add about 1/2 of the cake to the dessert cups. Top with the pudding whipped cream mixture (using only half). Top the pudding with the berries using 1/3 of the berries. Repeat the procedure. When the second layer is completed topped with sweetened whipped cream and remaining berries
